Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations or call-ahead seating for any size party — we are first come, first served only. We encourage you to come on the earlier side of the evening. We’re also right next door to Catawba Brewing Co., and folks often grab a beer there while waiting for a table.
Please check with the restaurant directly for current takeout availability, as hours and service options can change.
There is free street parking, plus paid lots all around. Unfortunately, we don’t have a dedicated free lot for Buxton Hall.
We have a strict policy of not putting money into advertising. Instead, we put that money back into our local community through give-back nights, community initiatives, and donations.

We have a private room, the Remington Room, which can be reserved for large parties — wedding receptions, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, and more (service is buffet-style only; we’ve even had a couple get married up there!). Email catering@buxtonhall.food.

Yes! A good portion of our menu can be prepared gluten-free.
We do traditional whole-hog barbecue, Eastern Carolina style. All our meats are cooked over wood, the old-school way.

Service dogs are always welcome. Otherwise, no dogs, since we don’t have an outdoor seating area.
